Where the Wattles Grow is a highly textured acrylic and mixed media painting impression inspired by the gentle movement of leaves swaying in the breeze. Layers of brushwork in organic greens create depth and rhythm, capturing the play of light and shadow through foliage. The surface features a richly textured, tactile finish created through layered acrylic applications and mixed mediums.  Subtle ridges and speckling emerge when viewed up close or from an angle, revealing the paintings process and depth adding a sense of energy.
